Yoga Background

I began practicing yoga when I was a young teen. I fell in love with the strengthening and soothing qualities of yoga. Taking the practice to heart, I discovered a new realm of holistic healing that greatly influenced my life.

I pursued my 200-hour training with Breathe studio in 2019, followed by a 300-hour training in Therapeutic Yoga with Kripalu in 2021. I am continuing training to become a yoga therapist. 

My personal practice and teaching style include a strong emphasis on breath and creative, mindful movement. I encourage my students to let their intuition be their guide through the class. My classes vary from hatha and vinyasa to restorative meditations (yoga nidra). My classes are stabilizing, supportive, and calming.
