Yoga

I started practicing yoga when I was a young teen. I fell in love with the strengthening and soothing qualities and found that it helped decrease my pain and become more in tune with my body.

I pursued my 200-hour training with Breathe studio in 2020, followed by a 300-hour training in therapeutic yoga with Kripalu in 2021.

My personal practice and teaching style include a strong emphasis on the soothing and mindful qualities of breath and movement. My classes include hatha, vinyasa, and restorative sequences and breathwork, guided meditations techniques, and yoga nidra. My classes are stabilizing and supportive and are designed to be soothing to the body and the nervous system and encourage healing. I offer tools to help you on your journey towards better health.
