Yoga

When I was a teen the pain I experienced from endometriosis led me to try yoga as a pain relief method and coping technique. With practicing, I noticed my pain improve and my awareness and sense of resiliency in dealing with my condition grow.

Recognizing the transformative and healing nature of yoga, I grew dedicated to my practice, studying, and eventually training to become a teacher.

I became deeply interested in the restorative nature of breath, sound, movement, and meditation. As a result, my teachings focus on gentle and dynamic movement, breathing, and meditation to relax the body by soothing the nervous system.

I believe in the transformative power of yoga for the physical benefit and for mental, emotional, and spiritual health and connection.
